About Katie and Her Practice
I have been in the field for over 10 years and have learned that a secure, supportive environment, built on a foundation of trust, is essential to the healing process. I am inspired by cognitive, somatic, and behavioral approaches to support your healing and growth. I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, ensuring that our work together aligns with your personal goals and pace. Together, we can help you find more peace and fulfillment in your life.
Whether you want to heal from past pain or make meaningful changes, I am here to support your journey toward strong mental health. I work with individual adults 18 and older and provide both telehealth and in-person sessions. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts Commercial plans.
Life can be challenging, and there are times when we all need guidance and support. You might be seeking counseling to navigate a tough phase, build tools for managing daily symptoms, explore deeper self-awareness and understanding, or strengthen connection with self and others. Therapy can help you become more present and break free from unhelpful patterns, and it can offer a safe space to process, resolve, and come to terms with difficult experiences that impact your life.
If you’re ready to start, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. Please reach out via the website or email. Look forward to connecting with you.
